Meet the person behind the business

Meet Michelle.
Experience you can trust.
Service that feels personal.

“The details, handled” is the standard behind every service.

I bring more than 20 years of industry experience across accounts payable, warehouse operations, business analysis, and systems implementation. I've led warehouse operations, worked as a chief of staff, and supported business systems integration across 18 sites—building a practical understanding of how businesses work and where processes break down.

That work taught me how to spot the missing piece, organize a moving process, and follow through. Today, M&M Alarcon Group brings that attention to detail to bookkeeping, mobile notary and mobile signing agent services—and the same thoughtful preparation to weddings and vow renewals.

As an Army veteran who served with the 82nd Airborne, I value preparation, accountability, and clear communication. You'll work directly with me—from the first conversation through the details that finish the job.

Before we begin

A few useful details.

How will business records be handled?

Initial inquiries need only a general description of the issue. Access permissions, confidentiality terms, and secure record transfer are agreed before bookkeeping work begins. Do not send sensitive financial records through this inquiry form or ordinary email.

How much do services cost?

Quotes depend on the service, scope, timing, and location. Bookkeeping projects and ongoing support are scoped individually. Notary fees and any agreed travel charges are explained before the appointment. Ceremony quotes reflect the planning and location involved.

What should I bring to a notary appointment?

Bring the complete document and acceptable identification. All required signers must be available. Do not sign in advance unless specifically instructed. Mention any witness requirements when requesting the appointment so we can discuss arrangements.

Can you help if my books are behind?

Yes—request a catch-up conversation. We'll discuss the period involved, your records and software, and the work needed before agreeing on scope. Bookkeeping is separate from tax preparation, CPA services, and legal advice.

Can I book a wedding date immediately?

Send your preferred date and ceremony location. Availability and the service agreement must be confirmed before the date is reserved. A legal wedding requires a valid marriage license; vow renewals are symbolic ceremonies.

Do you offer real estate closings?

Independent real estate closing services are not offered. Georgia real estate closings must be conducted by a Georgia-licensed attorney. Mobile signing agent is limited to tasks the attorney can lawfully delegate, including agreed notarial and administrative support; Michelle does not independently conduct closings or explain legal terms.
